Why, How, and What?

Thank you for visiting my blog! This is my first attempt at anything like this with a somewhat personal and "classy" approach. My only other attempts were a failed one with myspace (who even uses that anymore) and an even more obscure site called Xanga. Neither of these sites really gave me any options to personalize my site without my age and maturity really affecting how i would present myself in a negative way.

All this said, i intend to provide a consistent amount of writing on this blog, even hopefully during those times when i probably don't want to. I know no one is really reading this right now, but I figure if I'm persistent enough, people will start coming around and checking things out.

What will i be writing about? Excellent question. I have no idea at this point. Specifically that is. To begin with I would like to say that everything that I post on this blog will adhere to the concepts of Colossians 3:16. Everything i do, including this blog, will be to the glory of God. Nothing shorter, and nothing greater because there is nothing greater than His glory.

My Blog title is named specifically because i consider myself as apt towards the arts ("sketchings"), and recently i have found that i truly feel God calling me towards a life of ministry in distant countries (Sojourner). This is going to be the way that i keep in touch with people when i some-day start this journey that God is calling me to.

Okay, that is enough out of me for this night. You will find out much more of me through my writings. If that is the case, you are probably missing the point, however... or maybe i'm missing the mark. I would prefer that you find out much more of who God is through these writings. If you find out more of who i am, i'm talking too much of myself. Please let me know if this happens!!
